Conversations Scorecards Analytics is a series of charts and reports that surfaces aggregated Scorecard data. It allows users to assess performance at an aggregate level, such as scores across a specific team or the entire department, in one view. The primary objective of Scorecards is to equip front-line sales managers with a way to provide structured and consistent coaching to their teams.

Conversations Scorecards Analytics helps you:

  • Assess Coaching Consistency: Gain visibility into whether front-line managers are consistently coaching their reps. This is crucial for holding managers accountable to their coaching quotas.
  • Identify Coaching Impact: Understand if reps are putting coaching into practice and observe the correlation between coaching and rep performance over time.
  • Streamline Data Analysis: Eliminate the need to manually click into each individual rep’s Coaching page to tally completed scorecards, saving significant time and effort for enablement leaders.
  • Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Access critical data on demand, enabling you to be in full control of your coaching initiatives and identify gaps and trends in rep performance across the team. This also helps customers avoid waiting days for a manual report.
  • I mprove Rep Performance: The ultimate goal is to improve rep performance over time using consistent coaching and feedback models.

To access the Scorecards Analytics, click on Conversations Insights in the Analytics drop down and then select the Scorecards tab.

Conversations Scorecards Analytics Layouts

The Conversations Scorecards Analytics report includes a detailed data table and graphs to visualize key insights.

There are two options for the types of graphs you will see:

  • Scores Received(reps): Shows the scores reps have received so you can track progress over time.
  • Scores Given(managers): Shows the amount of times scores have been provided by Salesloft users. This is ideal for tracking whether managers are sticking with Scorecard and coaching initiatives.

Scores Received Panels

These panels help you visualize rep performance:

  • Scores received over time: This graph tracks the total number of scorecards the filtered users received within the specified time. The X-axis represents the date, and the Y-axis represents the number of scores received. The scores include ratings 1-5 and “Private”.
  • Scores received leaderboard: Displays top 10 users who received the most completed scorecards. In the chart, you can see a breakdown of the number of scores and which scores were given to the user in the time period selected. Ideally, you’ll have some leaders with a high number of scores in the 4 and 5 star range. If most of the scores are in the 1-3 range, it could suggest that additional coaching is needed.

  • Scores given leaderboard: Displays top 10 users who gave the most completed scorecards. The X-axis shows the user’s name within the group or selected users, and the Y-axis shows the total number of scores the user gave rep’s recordings over the selected period. Ideally, you will see a high number of scores from the managers on your team.
