SAN stands for Subscription account number.   Gryphon requires you to provide a SAN number upon set up.  All companies performing outbound telemarketing are required to subscribe annually for their own SAN number.   You can obtain a SAN number directly from the FTC.   https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/
