Crossbeam Integration for Salesloft Marketplace

The Crossbeam integration for Salesloft Marketplace enables automatic creation of Salesloft Tasks whenever account overlaps with partners are detected in Crossbeam reports, assigning these tasks hourly to designated Salesloft users and account owners to streamline collaboration and maximize shared customer and lead value.

With this integration into your Crossbeam account, you can now automatically receive assigned Salesloft Tasks any time an account shows up in an overlap with your Partners. Spend less time reviewing manual reports, and more time bringing shared value to your customers and leads.

Description

Once you connect your Salesloft account to your Crossbeam organization, you are prompted to select from your existing Crossbeam reports and assign them to an existing Salesloft user.

Every hour, any new overlaps found in the selected reports from the previous hour will automatically generate up to two Salesloft Tasks per overlapping Account: one for the selected Salesloft user, and one for the Account Owner on the Salesloft record.

These Tasks will show up as "Crossbeam overlap" with details on the partner, your internal population (leads, customers, etc.), and your partners' population (leads, customers, etc.).
